Harvesting Stiff Neck Garlic Scapes youtube

Some of the young ladies accompanying my wife today 6-22-13 on a day trip to the Dorset Theatre inquired about the harvesting of flower scapes from stiff neck garlic. Garlic, that I assume is growing in their gardens.
I thought that this might be the best reference.
