17th Annual Ralph D. Hogancamp Memorial Duck Race of Ludlow Rotary Club, August 20
The date is set and on a Saturday, August, 20, 2016 at 12:00 noon the ducks will be dropped from the Depot Street bridge to start their journey toward the finish line of Walker Bridge (near Ludlow Family Health Clinic).
Rent your duck now for $5.00 each! Or purchase a Quack Pack - 5 duckies for $20.00. Corporate sponsors available for $50.00. Cash prizes for first three ducks to reach to the finish line first and for the last little ducky could win you $25.00!
Greven Field of Proctorsville (Cavendish Recreation Department) has been selected as the beneficiary for the 2016 event. Tickets will be available from the Cavendish Rec Department board members, any Rotarian or stop by Peoples United Bank, Benson's Chevrolet or Ludlow Insurance Agency. The Ludlow Rotary Club meet weekly every Tuesday at DJ’s Restaurant in Ludlow at 12:15 p.m. and is active locally and internationally with various projects to help community citizens and friends of the world.
