PETITION FOR POLE AND WIRE LOCATION

Pursuant to V.S.A. Title 30 Sec 2506, Title 30 Sec 2502 and Title 19 Sec 1111, notice is hereby given of a public hearing by the Mount Holly Select Board to receive comment on a proposed Pole and Wire Location on Yale Road by Green Mountain Power.
Green Mountain Power (GMP) has petitioned the Town for the right to cut and trim trees and the installation of underground electric utility cables within the highway right of way of Yale Road to serve electric power to 376 Yale Rd.
A copy of the proposed petition is available for public review at the Mount Holly Town Clerk’s Office during regular office hours.
