Weekly Toddler and Pre-School Story Time
Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am
Each week features a theme, music, and a craft

Read with Oreo
Thursday, August 18th- 3:00-4:00pm
School age children are invited to the library to read a story with Oreo the Reading Dog.

End of the Summer Reading Program Celebration & Movie
Monday August 29th
2:00-4:00pm

Come hang out with your friends, watch a great movie and celebrate another awesome summer of reading!

Get Ready For Kindergarten Story Time
Thursday August 25th
10:30-11:15 am
Calling all soon to be Kindergartners! Bring your family to the library to listen to some fun Kindergarten stories, meet new friends and take home some fantastic learning tools. Please register early to save your place!
Crafty Tuesdays
11:00-12:00pm Grades K & Up
August 2nd- Learn how to spool knit. – Using cardboard tubes, each crafter will make their own spool knitting loom, and learn how to French knit!
9th- Paper Bag Nature Journals- We’ll transform regular paper bags into a useful space for notes and treasures.
16th – Nebula Bottles- Have you ever dreamed about catching a star and putting it in a bottle? This will be your chance to make your dream reality as we use common household items to make an out of this world sensory bottle.                         

STEM Discovery Zone!
Monday  August 8th- 5:00-6:00
On top of Spaghetti!
Ages 5 & Up
Scientist are challenged to see what sort of structures they can build using only uncooked spaghetti and mini-marshmallows! The sky’s the limit (or the celing of the library!)


Thursday Boredom Busters
Big Insane Games!
Best suited for ages 5 & Up
Thursday August 4th- 1:00-3:00pm 
Mike Randall and his Big Blue Trunk of fun will be set up on the back lawn for an afternoon of silliness and fun. Everyone is invited to try their hand at such crazy games as Life Size Angry Birds Sling Shot, Cannon Ball Square Pants, wacky ring toss and much more.  Balloons animals will round out this extra special afternoon of fun!
