Subdivision Regulations
The proposed Subdivision Regulations are before the Selectboard. Steve Howard did inform the board that they needed to have a hearing before voting and enacting the regulation. There has been a hearing scheduled for 7pm on January 10, prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Selectboard. A petition is being started to request that there be a town-wide vote on this regulation. Please let people know about the hearing- they need to understand what is in this regulation before it is passed. Millicent

How do we get a copy of the proposed subdivision regulation so that we may review it prior to the hearing?
