Happy Holidays from LPCTV

Dear Friends & Neighbors,

Happy Holidays from LPCTV, your community television station and media center. What a year it has been. 2011 marked LPCTV’s 10thanniversary. We have spent most of the year gearing up for our move into the Ludlow Community Center complex. Earlier this year we launched our capital campaign, “Building Your Media Future”, through which we are in the process of raising the $300,000 towards the completion of the building project.

We have broken the project down into 3 phases, with Phase 1 estimated at $125,000. I am happy to announce that we are closing in on the Phase 1 goal, thanks to support from community members like you and several grants from foundations. Thank you especially to the Okemo Community Challenge, People’s United Bank, Berkshire Bank, Ludlow Rotary Club, the Vermont Arts Council and the Vermont legislature.

While we are now in a good position to complete Phase 1, we are now working towards raising the funds for Phase 2, which includes the new TV studio & performing arts space, the Historical Media Center, and theDigital Learning Center. With the community’s support and dedication from our staff and volunteers, we will soon be able to include these centerpieces to the new facility. They will allow LPCTV to better serve the community by:
            * Preserving our heritage
            * Enhancing the educational opportunities
            * Keeping you informed & the community connected

Please consider making a year-end contribution towards “Building Your Media Future”.

Every little bit helps, whether that’s $10, $25, $50 or more.
For contributions over $2000 there are naming opportunities…to memorialize your family’s name or to commemorate your business.

Thank you, and please stay tuned for more updates. Happy New Year to you all.
