The Planning Commission has kept the most recent version of its revision of the Town's Subdivision Regulations on the Town's website since July, 2010. The current - and latest draft - was posted in August, 2011.
The Planning Commission has held three warned public hearings on the revision of the Subdivision Regulations. Each of the public notices of these hearings has stated that copies of the latest version of the Regulations were available on the Town website and also in the Town Office.
